Proposed GONEN Funds $2.5 million

GONEN CORP Unveils Visionary G1NBC Media Center Co-op: Blending Farm-to-Table Dining, Community Broadcasting, and Global Investment
GONEN CORP, a diversified corporation with roots in home building since 1977, announced the development of the groundbreaking G1NBC Media Center Co-op. This innovative, freestanding development will serve as a permanent, integrated hub for local media, gourmet dining, and community housing in key markets.
The Media Center Co-op is not just a building; it is a sustainable, mixed-use ecosystem designed to elevate local journalism, support regional agriculture, and provide a unique opportunity for global investors.
“We saw an opportunity to redefine the local media landscape,” said John Spalding GONEN CORP President. “The G1NBC Media Center Co-op merges the essential services of a trusted local news source with a genuine community gathering space. This integrated model is a core strategic pillar for GONEN CORP’s future growth.”
A Three-Tiered Model for Community Engagement
Each two- or three-story Media Center Co-op structure will house three distinct yet symbiotic functions:
- Level One: Community & Content Hub
- The City Press Club: A bistro-style coffee shop and full restaurant specializing in Farm-to-Table entrees. The restaurant is designed as a public space where “family and friends can enjoy a good meal and great discussion.”
- G1 NBC Broadcast Studio: A dedicated, state-of-the-art studio for the G1NBC Broadcasting Network, focused on producing trusted local news, sports, and community shows.
- Upper Levels: Residential & Investor Opportunity
- The second (and third) floors will feature exclusive apartments.
- A critical component is the commitment to designate at least one unit as an Airbnb or short-term rental. This provides GONEN CORP investors a unique perk—the opportunity to travel and stay in Media Center Co-op locations across the country, strengthening the network’s internal community.
Development Backed by Corporate Strength and Capital
The development of the G1NBC Media Center Co-op is currently underway, supported by the recently announced GONEN FUNDS. These funds are specifically tasked with raising capital to accelerate the development, which aligns perfectly with GONEN CORP’s decades-long history of successful diversification.
GONEN CORP History: Founded in Michigan in 1977 as a residential home builder, GONEN CORP has successfully grown and diversified its holdings, now including expertise in agricultural building, media, real estate, and technology.
The Media Center Co-op is projected to become the primary functional structure for the G1NBC Broadcasting Network, ensuring that G1NBC is positioned as the main news source the community can trust.
