Gated Park Opens Exclusively for Seasonal Sunrise Viewing
HAMBURG, MI – A unique opportunity for community members to witness the changing seasons is coming to Hamburg. A designated, gated area of a local park will open to the public just four times a year, allowing visitors to view and study the sunrise on the days of the seasonal changes (solstices and equinoxes).
The gated road will be open for vehicle access, but parking is only permitted on the left side of the road.
To ensure an organized and peaceful experience, spots must be reserved in advance online. Visitors are required to secure their time and parking spot through the online booking system, which will go live one week before each viewing date. This controlled access aims to provide an optimal experience for all attendees while protecting the natural environment.
“This is a fantastic way to connect with nature and our local community,” said Joseph Malik Founder of the GONEN CORP “We’ve created this dedicated space for those who want to experience the special moments of the changing seasons. We encourage everyone to reserve their spot early, as space is limited.”
Proceeds from the spot reservations will be used for park maintenance and local environmental initiatives.

The first event will take place on 3Q 2026.
