Joseph Malik started his career in 1977 as a residential home builder in the state of Michigan. In 1979 he started to build energy efficiency homes solar and geothermal.
In 1980 the country took a down turn in the economic. Moving to New York and in 1983 started once again building energy efficiency homes.
